The test conducted in order to evaluate and analyze the reliability of electronic products is called reliability testing. For different products, different reliability testing methods can be chosen for different purposes. ORT ongoing reliability test is also called product reliability evaluation, the ability of a product to complete the specified function under the specified conditions and within the specified time. In the process of design and application, the product is constantly subjected to the influence of its own and external climatic environment and mechanical environment, and still needs to be able to work properly, which needs to be verified by test equipment, and this verification is basically divided into three parts: R&D test, trial production test, and mass production sampling. Reliability test methods include: aging test, temperature and humidity test, gas corrosion test, mechanical vibration test, mechanical shock test, collision test and drop test, dustproof and waterproof test, as well as packaging pressure test and many other environmental reliability tests.
A. Reliability testing is a means to investigate, analyze and evaluate the reliability of products.
The test results provide a basis for failure analysis, study of corrective measures, and judgment of whether the product meets the index requirements. According to the method and purpose of the reliability statistical test, the reliability statistical test can be divided into reliability verification test and reliability measurement test. Reliability measurement test is a test done to determine the reliability characteristics or their quantitative values, and is usually used to provide reliability data. Reliability verification test is a test used to verify whether the reliability characteristics of the equipment meet the specified reliability requirements, and the reliability identification and acceptance test are generally referred to as reliability verification test.
Second, the standard of reliability test
1、Temperature lower working limit test
The sample under test is first charged with electricity to run the test procedure for the initial test. Under the condition that the sample under test does not work, the temperature in the reliability test box will gradually drop to 0 ℃, and after the temperature stabilizes, the test procedure will be run for 5h, the function and operation of the sample under test should be normal, after the test, the temperature of the box to return to room temperature, remove the sample and recover under normal atmospheric pressure for 2h. Recommended test standard: the function and operation of the sample under test should be normal, and there is no obvious deviation in appearance.
2、Low temperature storage test
Here is how low temperature test works, Put the sample into the low-temperature box, so that the box temperature down to -20 ℃, in the test sample does not work under the conditions of storage 16h, take out the sample back to room temperature, and then restore 2h, power to run the test procedure for inspection, the test sample function and operation should be normal, the appearance of no significant deviation. In order to prevent the test sample frost and condensation, the test sample is allowed to be sealed with polyethylene film for testing, if necessary, can also be installed in the sealed set of moisture absorbent. Recommended test standards: the test sample should be normal function and operation, no significant deviation in appearance.
3、Temperature limit work test
The sample under test is first tested for the initial test. Under the condition that the test sample does not work, the temperature of the box is gradually increased to 40 ℃, and after the temperature is stabilized, the power is added to run the system diagnostic procedures for 5h, the function and operation of the test sample should be normal, after the test, the reliability test box temperature back to room temperature, remove the sample and recover under normal atmospheric pressure for 2h. Recommended test criteria: the function and operation of the test sample should be normal, and there is no obvious deviation in appearance.
4、High temperature storage test
Here is how high temperature test works, Put the sample into the high-temperature box, make the box temperature rise to 55℃, store the sample under the condition that it does not work for 16h, take out the sample and return it to room temperature and recover for 2h. Recommended test standard: the function and operation of the sample under test should be normal, and there should be no obvious deviation in appearance.
